An-Noor Welfare Trust

It is a charitable organization dedicated to all aspects of humanity.
We started our journey in 2008 with the establishment of a primary school called Jamea Noorania Islamia.
Then, step by step, there were various programs in education and training. We have 3 principles: welfare, education and training.

Welfare:

Distribution of winter clothes among the poor and helpless. Implementation of emergency food distribution, eye surgery, setting up of medical camps, installation of tube-wells, etc. in the project. In particular, tree planting is part of our work to protect the environment.

Education:

An Noor Welfare Trust shall remain as a politically unbiased voluntary organisation to assist the Minority Community  through the provision of advice, information, counselling, support, interpretation, translation and other services.  Our vision is to help the deprived community to reach the maximum potential of their lives so that they can contribute the best within the wider community. We are also committed to take initiative to extend living in in the UK. To achieve this vision, we have set out the followings:

• Conduct or promote Research activities to find out the necessity of the community.
• Provide mother tongue educational support.
• Conduct or promote Research activities to find out the necessity of the community.
• Provide information and advice.
• Organise activities and events that will help to preserve and enrich cultural heritage.
• Offer provision to support disabled people.
• Organise activities and support youths in  tackling guns, gangs and knives crimes among young people
• Enable the deprived families to share activities with members of other minority and wider British Community, hence facilitating better social integration.
• Training (Capacity building, Child protection, First Aid, Health & Hygiene).

Distribution of educational materials for children and adolescents, distribution of scholarships. Provide comprehensive support for the betterment of education in various neglected areas. For the neglected area in North Bengal, a historic Sahaba Mosque in Rangpur Lalmonarihat area, which is about 1350 years old, is being constructed so that the light of education spreads in this area.
The activities of An-Noor Welfare Trust are continuing in various educational institutions in Bangladesh including Jamea Noorania Islamia, JMKG support. In addition to supporting educational materials at the An-Noor Islamic School in London, we have also been involved in providing food bank support to local councils at various times.

Training: 

An-Noor conducts teacher training, Ramadan Quran recitation training, and sewing lessons. In order to make women self-sufficient and to overcome the problem of unemployment, there are two current sewing training centers run by An-Noor Welfare Trust.

আর্তমানবতার সেবায় নিয়জিত একটি চ্যারটিব্যুল সেবামূলক প্রতষ্ঠিান।
২০০৮ সালে জাময়ো নুরানয়িা ইসলাময়িা নামে প্রাথমকি একটি বিদ্যালয় প্রতষ্ঠিার মাধ্যমে আমাদের পথচলা।
তারপর ধাপে ধাপে শিক্ষা সেবা ও প্রশিক্ষণ এর বিভিন্ন র্কমসুচি অব্যাহত আছ। আমাদের কাজের মূলভিত্তি হলো ৩টি- ওয়লেফেয়ার, এডুকেশন এবং ট্রেনিং তথা জনসেবা শিক্ষা ও প্রশিক্ষণ।

গরীব অসহায়দরে মধ্যে শীতবস্ত্র বিতরণ। আপতকালীন সময়ে খাদ্য বিতরণ। চক্ষুশিবির ও মেডিক্যাল ক্যাম্প স্থাপন। টিউবওয়েল স্থাপন সহ আরো সামাজিক বিভিন্ন প্রজক্টে বাস্তবায়ন করা হয়। বিশেষ করে পরিবেশ সুরক্ষার জন্য সামাজিক সচেতনতা সৃষ্টির পাশাপাশি বৃক্ষরূপন কর্মসুচিও আমাদরে কাজের অন্তর্ভুক্ত।

এডুকশেন:

শিশু কিশোরদের জন্য শিক্ষা উপকরণ বিতরণ ও বৃত্তপ্রিদান। বিভিন্ন অবহেলিত এলাকায় শিক্ষার ভাল পরিবেশ তৈরির জন্য সহযোগিতা প্রদান। বাংলাদেশের উত্তর বঙ্গের অবহেলিত এলাকায় শিক্ষার আলো পৌছানোর জন্য রংপুর লালমনরিহাট এলাকায় প্রায় ১৩৫০ বছরের পুরনো, ৬৯ হজিররি একটি ঐতহাসিক সাহাবা মসজিদ নির্মাণ কাজ শুরু করা হয়েছে।
জামেয়া নুরানিয়া ইসলামিয়া পরিচালনা। জেএমকেজি এন্ড হাইস্কুলের সার্পোট সহ বাংলাদশেরে বিভিন্ন শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে ট্রাস্টের কার্যক্রম অব্যাহত আছে। লন্ডনে আন-নূর ইসলামিক স্কুল পরিচালনা করা সহ শিক্ষা উপকরণ সার্পোট এর পাশাপাশি বিভিন্ন সময় লোকাল কাউন্সিলে ফোড ব্যাংকে সহযোগতিা প্রদান করাও আমাদরে কাজের একটি অংশ।

প্রশক্ষিণ:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

শিক্ষক প্রশক্ষিণ, রামাদান ক্বেরাত প্রশক্ষিণ, সেলাই প্রশিক্ষণ র্কোস গুলো আন-নূর ট্রাস্ট পরিচালনা করে। বিশেষ করে মহিলাদেরকে স্বাভলম্বি করে তুলার জন্য এবং বেকার সমস্যা কাটিয়ে উঠতে আন-নূর এর পক্ষথকেে দুটি সেলাই প্রশিক্ষণ কেন্দ্র চালু আছে। ২০১০ সালে লন্ডনে বাংলাদেশি কমিউনিটির লোকদের জন্য কাজের যোগ্যতা অর্জনের প্রশিক্ষণ কোর্স বাস্তবায়ন করা হয়।
